Crystal is an accomplished operations manager with over 16 years of experience in leading the daily operations of Henrickson Dental. She is highly skilled in streamlining administrative workflows and optimizing patient experiences. With a strong background in team leadership, scheduling and insurance coordination, Crystal plays a key role in maintaining a smooth, efficient and patient-centered practice. Her commitment to excellence and operational efficiency has made her an invaluable asset to the team. Outside of work, Crystal enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends.

Heather received her education from Century College in 2004 and was a dental assistant for four years before becoming a hygienist. She has worked in the area for over 20 years and continues her education every two years to stay updated on advancements that improve patient care. She also has specialty training in teeth whitening. Heather’s primary goal is to help patients achieve and maintain a lifetime of happy smiles. Heather and her husband enjoy traveling and being outdoors. She also enjoys gardening, birding, raising chickens, hiking with her dog and photography.

Jacqueline is originally from the island of Jamaica. She graduated from Herzing University in 2006 where she graduated Summa Cum Laude as valedictorian and was named Who’s Who Among Students in American Junior Colleges. She has been practicing in the Maplewood area for almost 20 years and is certified in nitrous oxide and local anesthesia. As a hygienist, she endeavors to establish a genuine, personal and individual relationship with each patient so that they can better understand the “why” behind their oral health and hygiene; and that together as a team, we can improve their oral health and smile. In her free time, Jacqueline enjoys reading and traveling worldwide to experience diverse cultures. She also has a passion for ministry.

Kalyn joined Henrickson Dental in April 2021. During her time here, she attended Herzing University, Minneapolis, where she took a hybrid dental assisting program where she did classes online while doing clinical work here on the weekends. She graduated in 2023 with her associate’s degree in dental assisting, and became officially licensed in March 2024!

Kalyn does her part to keep things running smoothly and focuses on making patients feel comfortable by staying a step ahead during procedures, helping to answer phones at the front desk and keeping everything organized. When the back runs well and patients leave happy, it makes a big difference for the whole team. The best thing about working here is what we do. Being part of this clinic has been so gratifying. Being able to help people become healthier and showing them that the dentist isn’t something to be afraid of is something special.

Kalyn lives with her boyfriend of five years and their two young cats, Loki and Sylvie. One of her biggest hobbies is axe throwing. She has been competing since 2019, and has competed twice in the International Axe Throwing Championship in Toronto, Ontario, Canada alongside her boyfriend. She is currently in the top 20% in the world. They also just started throwing knives!
