Our in-office membership plan offers comprehensive dental care with no deductible, annual maximums, or waiting periods. It includes:

  • Examinations: Comprehensive, periodic (2 per year) and emergency exams.
  • Radiographs: Full-mouth X-rays (every 3 years), bite-wing X-rays (annually), periapical X-rays (3 per year).
  • Preventive Care: Two cleanings per year, fluoride for children, and an oral cancer exam.
  • 15% Off Additional Treatments: Includes fillings, crowns, root canals, extractions, implants, Invisalign® aligners, cosmetic dentistry and more.

  • Family (up to 2 children): $575
  • Senior (Age 65+): $185
